Give the Blu-Ray McQueens to Their Rightful Owners! Resolution 1

I'm going to state what I'm sure others have wanted to say, but have been afraid to bring up. First, I could care less how people without character view my opinions, that's why I write this blog and it is highly read by hundreds around the globe. I care about people with character! During the last number of weeks I watched as many boasted about receiving Blu-Ray McQueens that they neither Ordered, Paid for, or were Entitled to receive! Over that time I considered writing a story about it because it shows a clear lack of character by those who got them and wouldn't return them. Now, is the time to write about it. I'm also going to lob a bomb and state that a number of those who received them were people I feel are caustic, bullies and create conflict when it suites them. People with EZ Board names like Calsonic, Kachow, and a few more! These characters have a history of creating crap with people. They are the reason I left the Discussion Board they frequent. I didn't leave because I can't take them on, I left because I have far better, more positive things to do with my time and talents. Remember the saying, "Don't get into a pissing match with a skunk."

Here's how they, along with others, can do the right thing and become respected. This thought is the most morally "Right" idea, but due to selfishness and people feeling entitled, will be met with the most resistance and difficulty in getting it to happen. People who received the Blu-Ray McQueen and didn't pay for, or order the erroneously sent extras, should do the right thing and give them to the people who bought the disk/code and got Confirmed Orders before the January 31, 2008 deadline. Yes, I hear you screaming, "Hell no!" If this is the case, it is because you feel they are valuable and are what I already said...Selfish! Look in the mirror and know, You weren't entitled to get those 20 extras Chromeant! You didn't deserve those 4 extras Kachow! You didn't win those 7 extras Calsonic! And, so on and so forth. The fact is you have property that simply doesn't belong to you. If the bank gave you $1000 more than you requested in a withdrawal, and could prove you got that money by surveillance camera, and you denied you got it, or refused to return it, I firmly believe they'd criminally prosecute you. And, YES! the analogy is the same!

You are supposed to be friends of all these other discussion board members
, and you all have boasted about getting all those Blu-ray McQueens without merit! Now, you all can say you gave them away, traded them, sold them, and in some cases I'm sure that's true, but I'm willing to bet there's still a number of them sitting on a number of people's desks or shelves. Doing the right thing takes CHARACTER! Do you have that character, or are you just what I ascertain...Selfish! If they weren't worth a damn to you, I bet you'd do the honorable thing in a moment. Wouldn't you?

Here's how those of you can be an Honorable and Respected part of the Cars collecting community. First, pledge those extras to be given to those of us who paid for them, got confirmed orders from Disney and didn't receive them. Second, they'll be distributed simply to those whose orders weren't fulfilled by...1.) Proof of confirmation 2.) Oldest date (I.E. Ordered in November before those in January) 3.) Proof their order wasn't fulfilled via the Disney e-mail saying their order couldn't be filled, or verification on their order tracking site. Now, I hate to say I doubt many, if any of you will step up to the challenge to show you have character, but I'd suggest that if you do...1.) The person will fully reimburse you for shipping costs 2.) I think we as a community would find a way to reward you in some way, even though you don't deserve it 3.) You would reap, the proverbial what you sow, down the road by doing the right thing.

So, who's going to step-up?! I'll gladly facilitate the verification and distribution of toys that anyone is willing to pledge and honor fulfilling that pledge. Don't even bother trying to post anonymous, inflammatory garbage to this blog, because it won't see the light of day! Positive COMMENTS are always encouraged.

Longer than Expected! "Customs - Counterfeits & Copyright Infringement" I'm Waiting to Hear from a Contact at Disney Investigations.

Free Forum to Discuss Blu-Ray Offer Debaucle

If you as a reader aren't aware, at the bottom of each article you'll see the word "COMMENTS," simply click on it and you can post a comment like any Discussion Board.

  • First, I encourage all who were posting at Carstoys "locked" post to continue to discuss the issue of Disney's Blu-ray fulfillment failure. Feel free to vent so we can continue to come to a unified resolution.
  • Second, DON'T even think about posting negative garbage if you don't identify yourself. All posts are moderated and are read before being allowed to be posted. If you don't have the guts to put your name to your NEGATIVE post, it won't be published! Debate is NOT wanted on this issue. Only constructive, positive, input is wanted. We don't need to get bogged down in garbage.
  • Finally, READ before you comment. Today I got a negative post without a name commenting about my wanting to, "sue Disney over a toy while people are starving in Africa, and the best I can do is get all worked up over not getting my fancy toy." READ! No where have I stated I want to sue Disney over this issue. I won't waste time or energy responding to this kind of post because idiots can't READ, contribute by staying on topic, and making factual statements.
Let's continue on! Any time you aren't treated with respect and given what you paid for, by taking pro-active, positive action to show you won't put up with such disrespect is never a waste of your time! Just the opposite is true...Apathy and Acceptance simply shows you are willing to be Abused and disrespected!
