Well, I know I teased you a bit last week, but as the saying goes, "Good things come to those who wait!" I finally got the ok to discuss the Kmart Collectors Days! There will be two that will take place...One will be on June 20, 2009, and the other will be on October 17, 2009. There will be a number of "Exclusives" released with rubber tires and special event only packaging! I will discuss them shortly.
Here for the FIRST TIME, is the poster a few lucky people will win! Kmart will raffle the poster off as they did at last year's event! Click on the poster image, and it will enlarge so you can see all the details of the 2009 releases. Were you lucky enough to get one last year? My friend won one and gave it to me. It is a huge poster with the pictures of all of the 2009 "Mainline" releases.

Hey dude, where are the other two announcements you also hinted at last week...this is great news about the poster, but do you know your list of singles does not match TAKE5s entirely???? But where is the Targwt and TRU news???

Whoa Amigo! Be the fan you've always been. First, my list is compiled AS I've confirmed Cars HAVE BEEN released. It is not always easy to know what is out there, and what isn't. So, I don't obsess over it. It was TRU news I mentioned, and it is so BIG I can't talk about it until it has been confirmed in a major way. That may be a long while. I didn't mention anything with Target, so you are confused there. I mentioned Comic-Con. That has been delayed due to Hong Kong. I will write about it once I can. Appreciate what I do, and that I have to keep things under wraps for political and corporate reasons.
Ok, since I work 80 hours a week, and I just read your comments wrong with tired eyes. I answered thinking you meant Cars collector lists. I see you meant the Cars being released for the Kmart Collectors Days. I'll say this firmly...stop thinking the other guy is the end all and be all. He isn't! I get my info directly from Mattel and confirmed that list today with Martin Arriola and the Kmart Sales Rep!! And, as I've written many times, all should be well aware that Mattel's marketing people change things ALL the time. My info is the most accurate and credible when I report it.

This isn't really anything we didn't already know. It was announced back in January by B2Cobra. He has the exact info you have and same releases too.

You have yours, he and everybody else has theirs, when it comes to CARS, I pretty much take the wait till I have it in my hands attitude after reading everyones stuff, not just his, yours, mine, or hers.

Wow, super dissapointing. There were supposed to be all kinds of cool Cars there, not just racers. BUMMER.
personally, i think the disney cars should be left to the kids. I'm a parent myself and my wife and I are constantly fighing to the find the newest releases, but have no luck thanks to the "collectors" who ruin it for everybody. hey "collectors" how about leaving the toys for the kids and move on to something else
